3D High Precision Microlithography

At the 25th AIV Conference in Naples, Italy, https://www.aiv.it/en/aiv-xxv-conference Laser NanoFab and PLATFORMA collaborators, Ulf Hinze, Ayman El-Tamer and Boris Chichkov presented their capability in 3D High Precision Microlithography using Ultra-short Pulsed Lasers which has been used to such powerful effect in the project. The level of precision possible is unsurpassed by any other technology for the manufacture of 3D scaffolds.
